Riggie Wars is a tournament-style quest to find the best chicken riggies in The 315, hosted by 315 Foodies. Competitors enter their best riggies, traditionally a chicken & rigatoni dish, and are judged by samplers and guest judges. Prizes are awarded to the champion, but there's nothing more valuable than the bragging rights!
Competitions are held throughout The 315 and are broken up into divisions. 3 winners from each division will face off in the Riggie Wars Championships held in the birthplace of chicken riggies, Utica, NY.
